The rippled side is what sold me — the wavy texture actually hits the right spot instead of just buzzing away. Snapped onto my wand in seconds and the tip is just as good for direct pressure. Best ten bucks I've spent on an attachment.
Wasn't sure this would fit my wand but it slid on snug and stayed put. The ripples on one side genuinely hit differently than the smooth tip, and switching between the two is half the fun.
The rippled side does add some nice texture, but the fit on my wand is a bit loose and it slips during use. It gets the job done, though I expected the tip to be more precise than it is.
